Archery, Shuriken & Kamae Seminar

Join us as we explore the techniques and principles of Archery (弓術, Kyūjutsu), Bō Shuriken (棒手裏剣, Stick Shuriken) and Kamae (構え, Posture).

We will practice various archery, throwing and taijutsu movement skills using Kamae.

Through the Kamae we will explore breathing, alignment, balance, distance, angle, timing and footwork while focusing on the safe, guarded transition between the various kamae.
