Join us as we explore the techniques and principles of Bō Shuriken (棒手裏剣, Stick Shuriken), Hanbōjutsu (半棒術 3 Foot Staff) and Rokushakubōjutsu (六尺棒術 6 Foot Staff).

We will practice different throwing, striking and grappling techniques and styles using the principals of Taijutsu to explore the concept of Kūkan (空間 Space). It is in the Kūkan that the Shuriken is thrown and the Bō spins and strikes.

Time again to reflect on lessons learnt this year and to have fun and explore this amazing art that we are all fortunate to be connected to.
